Refunds & Return Policy

At KoreanSkincare.com.pk, we aim to provide 100% original Korean skincare products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is:
- Unused
- Unopened
- Factory sealed
- In original packaging
- The product is in resalable condition
- Valid proof of purchase (order number / invoice) is provided
Opened, used, or tampered skincare products are NOT eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Discounted or clearance items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products without original packaging
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong product sent)
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging (with label visible)
- Your order number
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or WhatsApp
- Share your order number, reason for return, and required photos
- Wait for approval confirmation before sending the product back
Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.
5. Return Shipping
- Change-of-mind returns:
The customer bears the return shipping cost. - Our mistake (wrong/damaged item):
Return shipping will be covered by KoreanSkincare.com.pk.
6. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Refund method depends on original payment type:
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Bank transfer or store credit
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
8. International Orders
Currently, international returns or refunds are not accepted, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
9. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of:
- Repeated return abuse
- False damage claims
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
